I owned an old, expensive Magellan and was never truly happy with it because is was wrong so much of the time. I know that is not always the GPS manufacturer's fault, but it was frustrating. Had one experience where it just shut down in mid-Maine,,,froze up. The company could not help me and I had to sit on my cell phone with the folks at the place where I was going, to get there. Very frustrating indeed. The Nuvi 760 gets lost too, but so far not as much. I love the display and the options. One thing I do not like is the sound quality if using books/music/hands free phone options. Sound is not even good when I run it through my stereo. My feeling is if they are going to market the product touting these options, then the options should work well.
